After 20+ years in the beauty industry, Andrea Butler, owner & stylist, found herself looking to create a salon environment that wasn't just about appointments and selling hair products. Rather she wanted clients to feel comfortable and cozy — like they are at home receiving a quality service from a professional stylist. To accomplish this, she built a space, and business, where stylists could always feel supported throughout their career by providing avenues for continuing education & employment benefits, which definitely aren't the norm in the beauty industry.

Andrea also wanted to collaborate with local charities, artists, and creatives in the community. Along with the Eleven Australia, Alfaparf, LOCKrx, Leaf & Flower, and Ethica product lines, she also sells her own brand of hair growth products as well as sustainable hand soaps, created by a local Chicagoan.
